Webbing FAQ: MOQ, Samples, Lead Times & Certifications

Our standard MOQ is about 3,000 yards per style and colour for elastic webbing. Printed, jacquard, recycled or certified items can require more. The exact MOQ is confirmed per material, width and colour with your quotation.

Trial orders are possible for standard constructions at a slightly higher unit price, and many buyers start with a single colour before scaling up. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is feasible for your specification.

Sample lead time is typically 3–7 days, including Pantone colour matching and the logo layout, depending on the construction.

Bulk production normally takes 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, printing and finishing. Simple solid-dyed orders usually sit at the faster end of that range.

Stock samples of existing products are free, with shipping at cost or negotiated. Custom samples may carry a sampling fee, which is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.

Sea freight typically takes 20–40 days, air freight 5–10 days and express 3–7 days, depending on the destination and service. We quote freight with every order.

Yes. Our key raw materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and we provide the certificate and lab test reports on request to support your compliance work.

Yes, we hold TQP certification. The certificate is available on request.

Washing colour fastness reaches grade 4–5 on our tested constructions. If your product needs a higher grade or a specific test method, tell us the standard before sampling.

We check width tolerance, breaking strength, colour fastness and shrinkage against your specification in our own lab, and third-party reports from laboratories such as SGS or Intertek can be arranged.

Material, width (5–300 mm), colour (Pantone), weave or knit structure, logo method, edge finish and stretch performance. Each option is agreed in writing before production starts.

Printed logos are applied to the tape after weaving: lower MOQ, fine detail, multi-colour. Woven (jacquard) logos are made in the tape itself: more durable through repeated washing and heavy use.

Yes. Send a physical sample or clear photos with the width, thickness and stretch, and we will match the construction, colour and stretch as closely as the material allows.

Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance with the balance settled before shipment, agreed at order confirmation. We accept T/T, L/C and other common international payment methods.
