Is there a charge for samples?
Existing standard samples are free of charge (shipping to be covered or negotiated). Custom samples can be discussed — a sampling fee may apply and is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
What are the sample and bulk lead times?
Samples usually take 3 – 7 days (depending on spec and construction); bulk production 10 – 20 days (depending on quantity and schedule). Confirmed per order.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by product. Common products support small-batch orders — contact us to confirm first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C and other common international payment methods. Terms are agreed at order confirmation.
Can you provide test reports?
Yes. Key raw materials are OEKOTEX 100 certified, and third-party or lab test reports are available on request.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. We customize width, color, pattern and packing per drawing, sample or spec description. OEM / ODM cooperation is welcome.
