Our plant in Danyang, Jiangsu runs high-speed needle looms, crochet machines, braiding machines and warping equipment. That covers elastic webbing, woven webbing and braided cords in widths from 5 mm to 300 mm, with Pantone colour matching and printed or woven jacquard logos.

Sampling & specification
Send a sample, drawing or artwork and we confirm the construction, width and colour. Pantone matching and logo layout are part of the sample; samples usually take 3–7 days.

Weaving, knitting & braiding
High-speed needle looms, crochet machines, braiding machines and warping equipment cover elastic webbing, woven webbing and braided cords in widths from 5 mm to 300 mm.

Quality control
Width tolerance, breaking strength, colour fastness and shrinkage are checked against your specification in our own lab; third-party reports from SGS or Intertek can be arranged.

Finishing & delivery
Cutting, rolling and packing to your instruction, with OEM/ODM bulk orders produced in 15–30 days after sample approval.
